1. Visual and technical background

1.1 The searching system is an autonome unit. It doesn't collaborate with the searched microstock pages, it only uses some function to query the databases. It means that if any microstock suddenly changes their own system, the searching system will need some time to be adapted. During this time can be the results from the related microstock poor, broken or possibly none. This is a fact that cannot be handled better. Even if the system has some internal warning and alert functions may happen that some of the problems are still not covered.

1.2 Remember that neither this page nor database is bullet proof, hacker proof or anything like this.

1.3 The system is not responsible for the speed of downloaded images, number of online users, speed of searching engine of microstock photobanks etc. All these factors influence the results and may cause failure of the system. Eg. if you search in 4 microstocks and want to show 200 images then might happen that the only result you will get is "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in ... ". The time for script working for one user is 30 seconds. If you overload the system, you will be timeouted. However, you will have to pay even for searches like that. Generally said, you should consider your download possibilites, time of the day, searching string ... Probably it will cost you some searches, but you will work it out. For these reasons you have some searches free of charge after registering new user.

2. User informations

2.1 We have no reason to collect information about you, your accounts, passwords etc. However to be fair in paying for the searches we need to identify where the payments come from. For this only reason we need to know your Paypal account username. You probably know that having your Paypal account username will not give us the possibility to steal all your money on that account, but we understand that you could be suspicious. Unfortunately we cannot proof that we are not the gangsters. But if you have better idea how to identify the payments, tell us.

2.2 If it is possible for you, when registering use fake information, except the paypal account name (see 3.1). We will never contact you, send you marketing emails or anything else. There is no reason to do it. All important informaton related to the page you can find here. If you don't use this page, there is no need to send you any emails.

2.3 When registering as a new user we recommend you to use for this page brand new password, freemail email account and fake name. Just for the case somebody will hack this page.

3. Financial stuff

3.1 Even if the system has some internal warning and alert functions, in case of situation described in 1.1 the payment system will keep working. That means when you will search the microstock(s) and you will get none or broken results, your deposit will be lowered as usualy. We cannot do more to prevent this and using this page you accept this risk. However, if this happen there will be someone who will notice it. To be fair to this person, the first one who will inform us about the problem with results on the page will be awarded 10 extra searches as an reimbursement.

3.2 The system of payments was implemented because of high traffic costs caused by downloading the image thumbnails. That's why you in fact pay for the search of the initial images (or filtering of showed images). All other operations on the page are free of charge.

3.3 The actual search charge can be higher in the future. However, while registering the system will remember the charge in time of your registration and will use it till the end of the times. Howgh.

3.4 As you may know, this kind of payment is here only to cover the extended data traffic costs caused by high amount of transferred images. That's why is the cost of one search so low. We don't want to earn on this tool. We need to cover the costs. At the beginning we believed it can be done by donations and perhaps by sponsor ads (google). Unfortunately we get only two payments and almost none google clicks. That's why we have to do it this way.

3.5 The deposit can be made (for now) only by Paypal. You can find the payment form where you can choose the amount after click to Make deposit at you user info box. Higher transferred amount will give you more searches free of charge. The deposit will be processed and added automatically to your account. You don't have to use it in one session! You can use it as you wish till you have any money on your account. If you want to pay using different method (Moneybrookers, ...) please send us an email with your message. We can accept the money on the Moneybrooker account as an donation and then manually add these money to your account. We know, that might be unsecure for you, but for now we have no other idea. Your decision.

4. Other info

4.1 The autors of this page are not an english native speakers. If you think that some sentences, phrases and explanations could be said better, please write us.

4.2 Any idea that helps you doing your job related to keywords and this page better or easier is worth to be considered. If you write us about your idea, you might find it implemented in few days.

4.3 If you believe that something is not fair - you do good job, pay for it and the results are not as expected, write us. Good arguments can bring you some money back.
